1. What we do
Moneywise Advisory Group Pty Ltd (ABN 55 698 965 785) provides bookkeeping and administrative support to Australian businesses through this portal. We do not provide lodgement or tax advice. Lodgements are provided under E&A ADVISORY PTY LIMITED's licence, as shown on our site.
2. Intellectual property — our protection
The portal, its code, design, text, images, workflows and all original content belong to Money Wise Advisory Group Pty Ltd and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or re-engineer any part of the portal or its content without our written permission. Your own uploaded documents and business records remain your property; we hold them only to provide our services.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has accessed it.
4. Payments
Invoices are payable by bank transfer or PayID to Moneywise Advisory Group Pty Ltd (NAB BSB 083-004, Account 259864203; PayID info@moneywisegroup.com.au). Services may be paused or limited if an invoice is unpaid.
5. Our responsibility
We prepare and maintain your records carefully, but we are not liable for losses caused by events outside our control or by incorrect information you provide. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Australian law.
6. Ending the agreement
Either side may end the arrangement with written notice. On ending, we will give you a copy of your records and stop using your data, subject to our legal record-keeping duties.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
